Project Management experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience on capital infrastructure projects utilising the NEC suite of contracts.
3+ years’ experience working on Civil Engineering and Rail infrastructure projects of £10mil+
Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience in contract administration
Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience / apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
Appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card (or local equivalent).
