This position offers the opportunity to utilize and expand drafting skills within a multi‑disciplined team of designers and engineers, producing design drawings based on project input. You will apply computer‑aided drafting expertise and receive hands‑on training in 3D design software such as AutoCAD 3D or MicroStation.
Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in drafting or a high school diploma with equivalent technical design experience, and possess twelve or more years of physical design experience including grounding layouts, underground duct banks, cable trays, and electrical equipment locations. Advanced drafting ability with AutoCAD or MicroStation and the capacity to visualize parts in 3D without computer aid are essential.
Valued but not required skills include knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles for producing technical plans and models, as well as an understanding of engineering science to relate equipment to technical designs.

The compensation range for this role is $82,120.00 to $128,570.00, with transparency about base salary, bonuses, and a full benefits package that reflects the company’s commitment to rewarding performance and employee well‑being.
