Participate in and document key testing activities, such as FATs, Site Acceptance Tests, System Integration Tests, Dynamic Tests, and Trial Operations.
Support interface coordination with other systems (PSD, SCADA, telecoms, rolling stock) during integrated testing phases.
Ensure all required test tools, calibrated equipment, and resources are available on site for scheduled activities.
Support the preparation and review of T&C documentation, including method statements, test procedures, checklists, and reports.
Coordinate daily and weekly testing activities with engineering teams, subcontractors, site supervisors, and clients.
Monitor and track site test progress, document results, and follow up on corrective actions or punch-list items.
Assist in compiling test evidence for audits, safety submissions, and handover packages.
Work closely with LTA representatives and operator staff to coordinate witnessed testing and inspection schedules.
Maintain detailed tracking tools and dashboards for testing status, resources, and progress across multiple project workstreams.
Assist the T&C Manager in the preparation, coordination, and tracking of the overall T&C schedule and activities.
Facilitate site access, test permits, safety clearances, and logistic coordination for T&C teams.

3-7 yrs
3–7 years of experience in testing & commissioning of railway signalling systems or related infrastructure projects.
Willingness to work on-site, including night shifts or weekends during critical testing periods.
Familiarity with LTA regulations, safety requirements, and testing & commissioning (T&C) documentation standards will be an advantage.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Railway Systems, or related technical discipline.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder coordination.
Prior experience with Siemens CBTC solutions or similar signaling platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with CBTC GoA 4 systems and general railway T&C processes; Siemens system knowledge is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and MS Project) and document control tools.
