Support system users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training as needed.
Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting project systems to meet business needs.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and assist in implementing solutions.
Provide day-to-day support for project management and control systems used by Project Controls teams nationwide.
Participate in testing and quality assurance for system updates and enhancements.
Help document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference and compliance.
Collaborate with the PMIS team and Project Controls stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.

Familiarity with project management or project controls systems- specifically Oracle Unifier Systems.

Basic understanding of business process design and optimization.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
