Coordinate all a la carte services that Private Home Owners / Residents may avail including the payment and scheduling thereof and to ascertain the Private Home Owner/Resident satisfaction of the services availed.
Coordinate move in/move out of the One&Only Private Homes
To comply with the health, safety and hygiene policy and maintain high grooming standards.
Provide information, advice and booking services for a wide variety of guest enquiries, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurant bookings, medical services, transportation, flight bookings etc.
Coordinate the collection, delivery, and storage of luggage with the Bell Attendants, and ensure all info is recorded.

Extensive knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, events, and transportation options.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to hotel operations.
Proficiency in Opera PMS, ALICE, SAGA is a plus.
Proficiency in English (oral and written),
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with Home Owners and staff at all levels.
To be aware about UAE customs, history, and culture.
At least one year of experience in a luxury hotel concierge role.
