The Director of Investment Management Pitches and Pursuits will shape and execute the global strategy for pitch and pursuit initiatives targeting private‑wealth and institutional investors. Reporting to investment‑management leadership, the role drives win‑rate improvements, streamlines processes, and ensures consistent messaging across regions while nurturing leads and retaining clients.
- Lead a global team to develop segment‑specific strategies aligned with business objectives and regional priorities.
- Integrate firmwide industry trends, competitive positioning, and client preferences into pursuit strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders (CIOs, Global Head of Capital Markets, Heads of Institutional and Private Wealth) to create joint solutions for new business pursuits.
- Partner with capital raisers and marketing teams to produce tailored pitch materials for diverse investor audiences, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, RIAs, family offices, broker‑dealers, banks, and wirehouses.
- Ensure consistent brand and marketing messaging across regions in all pursuit materials.
- Work with fund managers, senior capital markets, and investment‑management leadership to develop new fund‑pitch materials that meet capital‑raiser needs.
- Enable regional and channel teams to deliver high‑impact client pitches while adhering to global brand standards.
- Coordinate with marketing communications on the firmwide message calendar, providing input on new business opportunities and client trends.
- Identify and deploy technologies to improve process efficiency and support scalable operations.
- Use data analytics to track material effectiveness, spot trends, and refine marketing approaches.
- Implement data integrations and automations to share content across materials and regions.
- Create mechanisms for continuous market feedback and translate insights into actionable initiatives to boost win rates.

Compensation is competitive, with a base salary range of $173,000‑$257,000 plus bonus in New York and experience‑based pay in Houston.
