Follow company process and procedures for verbal/written communications.
Learn and utilize manufacturer specific software to troubleshoot and diagnose engine and control system problems.
Perform skilled repairs of Volvo Penta Diesel Engines (16 L), Power Solutions International (21.9 L), Generac (21.9 L) and Marathon generator ends, as well as various voltage control and synchronizing equipment under supervision of senior technicians.
Work in potentially confined areas of high heat and humidity, and cold.
Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport materials, equipment, or personnel to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Perform periodic inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Safely prepare, operate, and maintain motor vehicles for the purpose of conducting company business.

Facilitate technical support and liaison with equipment manufacturers.
Perform scheduled, preventive, or predictive generator maintenance tasks.
Utilize all current technology for communication, documentation, and research.
Ensure Safe Operation of electrical equipment by enforcing company and industry standards, including but not limited to LOTO and Dead Checks.
