75 Years
Legacy
Over 75 years, the company has contributed significantly to shaping Ireland's infrastructure.
Founded by John Paul and Tom Simington, the firm has quietly shaped Ireland’s skyline and infrastructure over the years.
From its Dublin base, it has expanded across the UK, mainland Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
Typical projects include hyperscale data centres in Germany, public infrastructure like Rosslare Europort, and healthcare facilities such as radiation oncology centres.
Sector strengths span life sciences, healthcare, mission‑critical, data centres, industrial, residential, commercial and civil engineering.
A founding strategy of geographic and sector diversification helped quadruple average project values within five years.
Board appointments and strategic hires reflect ambition to build on growth and support large-scale national plans like Ireland’s NDP 2040.
Unusual for a contractor, it launched a commemorative book marking its anniversary and is relocating to a LEED Gold headquarters at Sandyford.
