Working collaboratively with crew members, subcontractors, supervisors and site stakeholders
Construction, upgrade and maintenance of the Ausgrid network (ASP) including both underground and overhead projects
Interpreting and working from technical drawings and installation plans in accordance with industry standards
Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with WHS, network owner standards, and environmental requirements
A local‑based role completing works in the Hunter, Central Coast or surrounding region
Assisting with both trade-based tasks and civil tasks

Current White Card (Construction Induction) and relevant licences (e.g., HR/HC driver’s licence, EWP, dogging/rigging)
A recognised trade qualification or relevant experience in the ASP industry (e.g., Certificate III or equivalent)
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varied weather
Local residency or strong willingness to be based in the Hunter region
Strong commitment to safety, quality of workmanship, and teamwork
