As a trusted advisor, you will deliver top‑level service to resolve facility inefficiencies, offer solutions at commissioning and during aftermarket service, and generate quotes that include upselling opportunities.
The position is for an HVAC Mechanic with hands‑on experience in piping, plumbing, pipefitting, and mechanical equipment service. Work will focus on commercial HVACR systems, including maintenance, repair, and replacement, and may involve partnering with journeymen on centrifugal, steam turbine, and screw‑chiller units. Certification, monetary rewards, and safety incentives are provided, along with tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle.
Candidates must be willing to join the United Association, possess at least three years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience (rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors), and be proficient with shaft alignment and vibration diagnostics. Travel of 10‑20% and passing a knowledge exam are required, alongside strong communication skills and a universal EPA refrigerant license.
