

Changi Airport Group operates and develops Singapore's Changi Airport, specializing in air travel.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with a wide range of airport stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, and regulatory authorities, to manage construction processes and minimise operational disruptions. Manage stakeholder inputs to ensure that operational requirements are addressed and integrated into the design of terminal spaces.
Operational Excellence: Conduct thorough operational reviews and assessments to ensure the successful roll-out and integration of new developments. Plan and execute operational readiness trials to ensure readiness of resources, as well as smooth and successful operationalising of completed facilities, systems and processes.
Passenger-Centric Design: Analyse and consolidate passenger experience considerations to ensure that the requirements are integrated into the design, review of terminal spaces, as well as creating intuitive and enjoyable environments.
Programme Management: Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, operational trials, and overall execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Problem Solving & Innovation: Proactively identify and address challenges to support implementation of innovative solutions that enhance airport efficiency and passenger satisfaction.

You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of transformative development projects, including the expansion and enhancement of existing terminal facilities, as well as innovative operational development initiatives. Your work will directly impact the design and upgrading of terminals, improving the passenger journey, ensuring seamless and efficient airport operations while delivering an unparalleled travel experience.
Project Leadership: Manage the full life cycle of development projects, from conceptualisation, to planning and design, to project execution, to operational readiness and handover.
Strong ability to work independently, while also possessing excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
Experience in programme management and developmental projects within live operating environments is desirable.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in managing operations, asset enhancement initiatives, or large-scale development projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
