The Data Management Administrator II role focuses on analyzing and entering lease‑related documents into the property‑management database across assigned states. The position requires accurate data interpretation, maintaining data integrity, and supporting internal teams to meet accounting and departmental deadlines.
- Interpret low‑ to medium‑complexity lease data and enter it accurately into the property‑management system.
- Populate and update tenant and ground‑owner lease fields, including ownership changes, rent commencements, terms and escalations.
- Validate and verify lease documents to ensure data integrity, conducting research when needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to confirm entry accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prioritize tasks to meet accounting and departmental deadlines.
- Track activities and changes using Microsoft Excel logs.
- Assist in training new Data Management Specialists.
