Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site’s CMMS.
Work collaboratively with other trades and operational teams to achieve production targets safely.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.
Perform preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems across the site, including HV and LV Electrical systems
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
Conduct LV/HV switching operations and ensure compliance with site electrical safety procedures in accordance with Australian standards

Previous experience in mining, heavy industry, or similar environments preferred
Demonstrated LV and HV switching and maintenance experience
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Minimum Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician.
Current Queensland Electrical Licence (or ability to obtain).
High regard for safety, risk management, and quality workmanship.
Familiarity with PLC systems (Siemens/Allen Bradley) highly regarded.
