Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.

Support Tendering and Proposal Engineering Manager(s) with workload capacity and liaise with Sales to determine prioritisation and positioning of the workload.
Provide support to Bids and Proposals team by expediting key info from other internal support functions, suppliers and clients.
Complete pre-bid questionnaires and qualifications.
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.
Support internal, customer and supplier meetings – including entry to site, room bookings etc. Attend and take MoM for wider distribution where appropriate.
Support organisational learning and development, demonstrating improved and consistent component, project and product level learning.
