Collaborating in a teaming environment with other members of project teams for the successful procurement of alternative delivery projects, including interacting with, and providing appropriate technical advice to engineers, investment bankers, financial analysts, legal counsel, and internal-client procurement teams
Provide guidance to local, regional and state agencies regarding governance best practices, especially for planning, development, implementation and operation of major public infrastructure programs and projects, including by providing assistance on claims and disputes.
Developing risk profiles for projects, which includes drafting risk matrices that identify critical risks, facilitating and attending risk workshops, and evaluating the allocation of identified risks for project delivery.
Interfacing with project owners to determine the goals and constraints for the implementation of their projects.
Advising public agencies and private clients through the procurement process to engage an entity to design, construct, operate, and maintain a capital asset, including in the drafting of evaluation criteria, selecting proposers, and negotiating agreements to close.
Assisting with the development of procurement strategies and drafting of procurement documents for alternative delivery projects, including, for example, Requests for Information, Requests for Qualifications and Requests for Proposals.
Strategizing with agencies and project owners to evaluate project delivery methods and determine the optimal method to fit the owner’s needs.
Advise clients and recommend strategies regarding compliance with Federal requirements, including those arising from Federal grant and project financing programs.
