Description

The role involves performing selected drafting assignments quickly and accurately. You will transform field‑collected electronic files into Autodesk Civil 3D drawings and produce ALTA, boundary, topographic surveys, as‑built drawings, maps, specific‑purpose surveys, plot plans, and subdivision record plats using Civil 3D. Additionally, you will reduce field notes into survey/civil grade base maps.

• Produce ALTA, boundary, topographic, as‑built surveys, maps, plot plans, and subdivision record plats using Civil 3D.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in the survey/civil profession and at least two years of hands‑on work with AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Laser scanning or LiDAR experience is a plus. Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills are required. Compensation ranges from $27.50 to $33.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
