Coordinate with bed foremen and QC to confirm the specified mix design and total cubic yards.
Track batching on screen to ensure materials are weighed and blended per formula.
Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance on the mixer and surrounding area, including chipping and greasing.
Load the correct recipe on the computer, enter yardage, and adjust moisture content as conditions change.
Inject steam as required to achieve the requested batch temperature.
Guide Equipment Operators to the appropriate mixer and discharge into delivery equipment.
Adhere to all Safety and Quality procedures to maintain a safe worksite and high-caliber output.
Produce small batches manually when needed to keep production moving.
Cover for Equipment Operators to deliver concrete when necessary.

High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of relevant experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
