A Professional Engineer license in Texas or ability to obtain within six months
A minimum of 10 years of experience designing engineering projects for public sector clients, including 3 years with project management responsibilities
Practical application of the various hydrology/hydraulics software, including HEC-RAS (1D/2D preferred), HEC-HMS, SWMM, and
Excellent organizational skills
AutoCAD/Civil3D and GIS
A Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering or a related engineering field
