You have worked 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience and 2+ years as a manager or team lead. You have a track record of beating targets
You have great knowledge of consultative selling and can be a valuable partner with the reps on deal strategy
You can motivate a team and put together a compelling plan for how each rep will exceed numbers and develop their career and craft
You ideally have real estate experience and a deep network of contacts within the industry
You are skilled in CRM software, ideally Salesforce
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
