- Verify all invoices are posted to proper general ledger accounts
- Resolving vendor PO and invoice discrepancies
- Assist with Rebate Reporting
- Post and process all approved vendor invoices for payment
- Process manual and electronic ACH payments weekly
- Open and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain an accurate accounts payable schedule
- Maintain vendor files including all tax, 1099 and insurance documents
