Conduct value engineering reviews and provide strategic input on systems and materials
Develop conceptual budgets and detailed estimates at all stages of design
Manage subcontractor bids and maintain historical cost data
You’ll be trusted with early input. Preconstruction is a key part of the business strategy. You’ll be involved in projects right from the start, from shaping design, systems, budget, logistics, and scheduling in close partnership with project stakeholders and leadership.
