Description

• Leading a team of LOTO Technicians/Specialists to provide the best lockout services in the industry.
• Collecting data on LOTO software and developing written procedures using LOTO software system.
• Reviewing the procedures for accuracy and quality. Printing out, laminating and organizing procedures for the customer/client.

Requirements

• Good communication and writing skills to develop LOTO procedures
• Good IT Literacy (we use tablets, laptops, smartphones and the latest technologies)
• Proven skills in managing, coordinating, and improving team capabilities - we’re big on people development at STS.
• Electrical trade or engineering qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience working in LOTO roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
