Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for refurbishments and maintenance
Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
Conducting building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis
Professional Growth - Work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to major projects across the UK.

MRICS (essential)

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proven ability to build client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
Strong Client Portfolio - Inherit and build upon relationships with lenders, investors, developers, and private clients.
