FOREMAN, PRODUCTION - Hollow Core

The Production Foreman (Hollow Core) is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities in the hollow core slab production line. This includes overseeing manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality precast concrete production in alignment with project timelines and company standards.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor quality standards for concrete mix, curing, and finishing in coordination with the Quality Control team.
• Prepare and maintain production reports (daily output, rejects, downtime, resource usage).
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely servicing and repair of production machinery (extruders, cutting machines, stressing equipment, etc.).
• Communicate with logistics and yard teams to ensure smooth transfer and storage of hollow core slabs.
• Plan, organize, and monitor the casting, cutting, lifting, and storage processes.
• Optimize use of resources (materials, equipment, and manpower) to minimize waste and downtime.
• Allocate tasks, train, and motivate workers to achieve production targets.
• Supervise and lead daily operations of the hollow core slab production line.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures to maintain efficiency.Ensure compliance with project schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete production processes and quality standards.
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in precast concrete production, with at least 2 years in hollow core slab production.
• Hands-on experience with hollow core production equipment (extruders, stressing, cutting machines).
• Good communication and reporting skills (English required, Arabic an advantage).
