Use test equipment to balance, sweep, and troubleshoot RF signals.
Adhere to all safety practices, including working at heights and around energized equipment.
Provide support during service outages, repairs, and system upgrades.
Perform aerial and underground coaxial construction, including node splits and line extensions.
Read and interpret work prints, design maps, and splicing diagrams.
Document work performed and maintain accurate test and splice records.
Splice, activate, and maintain coaxial cable systems for HFC and broadband networks.

Proficiency with coaxial test equipment, such as signal meters and sweep gear.
Knowledge of signal levels, sweep balancing, and RF troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with fiber-to-coax integration, preferred.
2+ years of coaxial splicing or cable construction experience.
Willingness to work outdoors, travel between job sites, and work flexible hours, preferred.
Ability to climb poles, operate bucket trucks, and perform aerial coaxial work safely.
