

Provides integrated industrial services including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance.
Core duties include building wooden structures such as stairs, concrete forms, and temporary shelters; interpreting blueprints and sketches to determine materials; measuring, cutting, and shaping timber and plywood; and assembling components using hand and power tools. The journeyman also erects scaffolding, installs doors, windows, trim, sheathing, and performs minor maintenance.
The Journeyman role requires at least three years of documented field experience in a craft discipline, with the ability to read and interpret instructions and independently plan and perform work. The employee constructs, fabricates, installs, and dismantles form work of metal, wood, and accessories.
The position demands precise accuracy, application of shop mathematics, and the ability to visualize three‑dimensional objects from plans. Candidates must be able to make decisions based on measurable criteria, work at heights, and follow established safety and project rules.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 lb, and frequent climbing, balancing, stooping, and reaching. The role follows an equal‑opportunity employment policy and reports to a supervisor or manager.
