Description

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and budgets
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management for HVAC projects
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and project staff
• Support strategic planning and process improvements within the department
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, and internal teams to drive project performance
• Manage field operations and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met

Our client is looking for an experienced HVAC Sr. Project Manager with multifamily and commercial project experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. This position manages full-cycle HVAC project delivery while mentoring teams and leading project staff.

• Proven experience managing multifamily and commercial HVAC projects
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading project teams
• Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction management
