Work directly with the Sales Director on daily strategy, account priorities, and market opportunities.
Maintain ongoing relationships with key contacts within the hotels immediate competitive set to generate indirect business opportunities.
Build strong partnerships with corporate travel managers, consortia advisors, and leisure travel professionals.
Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
Integrate the hotel into co-branding partnerships for additional travel services such as car rentals, Highlight Trail transportation, tourist attractions, and other ancillary offerings.
Quarterly afterworks and teambuilding activities
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies across Corporate, Consortia, National Accounts, and Travel Advisor segments.
Proactively identify and pursue new accounts through outreach, networking site visits, and industry events.
Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, delivering polished, service-driven communication from inquiry to contract.
Represent the hotel at CVB events, corporate showcases, airline activations, consortia meetings, and select national trade shows.
Keep constant communication with the Operations and Front Desk departments, providing support on in-house clients to ensure an experience fully aligned with the hotels service standards.
Work to secure the hotels inclusion in high-quality national wholesalers and tour operator packages.
Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate rates, and issue contracts aligned with revenue goals.
Achieve expected annual room revenue targets as defined in the hotel's sales and revenue plan, contributing directly to ADR and overall production goals.
Conduct property tours and effectively communicate UMA House's value, amenities, and experience.

An intermediate to proficient understanding of computer systems such as: OpenTable, lightspeed, microsoft word, excel & outlook is preferred
Bachelors degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
Minimum two (2) years of management experience in selling hotels, meeting rooms, co-working or any other hospitality environment.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen
Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand english.
