Assess MDS threats, capability gaps, challenges, needs, and opportunities to develop potential system mitigations and capability evolutions at the architecture level.
Act as a subject matter expert in future concept definition, architecture analyses, and reviewing preliminary results prior to delivery to customer.
Support modeling & simulation (M&S) efforts related to the above, including analysis efforts on DoD High-Performance Computing (HPC) system.
Develop analysis plans, execute M&S to implement those plans, assess analysis results, prepare analysis briefs/reports, and provide reviews of analysis products.
Facilitate the definition/implementation of future concepts for modeling, simulation, and analysis.

Experience with HPC Systems, Python, and Git.
Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Experience supporting systems engineering-related architecture design activities.
Proven ability to coauthor numerous reports and provide significant contributions to MDS studies and responses to Congress.
Experience with the definition and use of advanced concepts and algorithms for the M&S of MDS architectures.
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
Deep understanding of the current MDS architecture and future concepts
Master's Degree in a STEM Field with 12+ years of experience in missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project
Experience in modeling, assessment, and evaluation of future missile defense architectures
Ability to perform technology assessment & analysis and provide insight on the utility of potentially useful technologies.
Experience with M&S and analysis of MDS architectures involving both directed and kinetic energy weapons and other future concepts.
Experience serving as a key advisor and collaborating on products that may go outside the Agency, such as DoD, Services, Combatant Commands, industry experts, etc.
