- Documentation & Permitting: Prepare permitting packages, ensure BIM models align with codes and requirements, and maintain accuracy through all project phases
- Be part of a boutique design/build studio where your work will shape homes from sketch to build.
- Collaborative Development: Partner with our architects, designers, estimating team, build team, and clients to refine designs, incorporate feedback, and adapt documents and models to real-world conditions
- Visualization & Presentation: Produce evocative 3D renderings and interactive model presentations using BIMx or similar tools
- Utilize cutting-edge BIM workflows with Archicad, BIMx, and other AI rendering integrations
- Storytelling Through Design: Use BIM not only as a technical tool but as a medium to tell the project’s design story—making the vision vivid for clients and our building team alike
- Model Building: Translate hand-drawn sketches and design ideas into accurate, information-rich BIM models
- Design Documentation: Develop comprehensive construction documents that clearly convey architectural intent
- Construction document samples (plans, elevations, sections, details)
