  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve the callers problems and issues.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Must have a minimum of six months experience in a customer service industry.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to take calls involving fire alarms, police, fire, and EMS.
  • Must be able to work one of the following shifts. 1st shift: 6:50am to 2:50pm and 3rd shift: 10:50pm to 6:50am.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Must able to answer 50 to 150 calls per shift.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
