Shape the future of talent development in a growing EPC business.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive learning practices.
Align learning initiatives with performance management and talent reviews.
Develop and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with Linxon's business goals, HR strategy, and transformation agenda (including HRMIS and ERP initiatives).
Collaborate with internal SMEs and external providers to curate EPC-relevant content.
Ensure compliance with regional training regulations and standards.
Partner with senior leaders to identify critical skills and capability gaps across engineering, project management, and support functions.
Lead global initiatives in a dynamic, agile, and collaborative environment.
Define and track learning KPIs to measure impact and ROI.
Design and deploy scalable learning programs including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and compliance, incorporate microlearning and social learning
Support succession planning and career development through targeted learning pathways.
Integrate digital learning platforms and tools to support self-directed and blended learning experiences.
Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning offerings and user experience.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning technologies.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and functions.
Strong facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Good experience in L&D, with key experience in global or regional role.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred.
Experience in the EPC, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
