The Account Executive will manage existing accounts, upsell into those accounts and also bring in new accounts, which will include national chain store customers, contractors and subcontractors located throughout the country. This is a full time, in-office position. There is limited, if any, travel required.

  • Must document all customer communications in CRM
  • Call on all existing quotes and request Purchase Orders from customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Organizing and managing multiples projects among your accounts and prospects
  • Call customers that have not purchased in some time to re-establish customer relationships
  • Organize and manage pre-sale for multiple projects across your accounts and prospects.
  • Contact new prospects to sell into.
  • Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Research new customers and prospects.
  • Talking extensively with customers regarding their quotes, orders, new designs, order changes, etc.
  • Write quotes and orders, obtain shipping quotes, etc.
  • Upsell and increase sales with existing and new accounts

  • Prior experience in architecture, working with architects, construction, signs, architectural metals, manufacturing, a plus but not required. Architectural Representative exp a plus.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented a must
  • Must be able to manage a fast-paced work environment and prioritize projects accordingly.
  • Must be extremely customer service and sales oriented with outstanding account management skills
  • Construction and or manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
  • Must have excellent computer skills - this is a must
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, event management, sales management, business development, etc. a plus
  • Must enjoy working with customers and providing excellent customer service
