What you would be doing

Carry out porter and concierge duties, including assisting with luggage and special guest requests.
Resolve guest issues using service recovery guidelines and escalate when necessary.
Support reservations, cancellations, and booking changes as required.
Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless service.
Accurately process payments and transactions.
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a focus on creating memorable experiences.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hotel protocols.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and provide information on hotel services and facilities.
Handle guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.

Current valid driver’s licence (not learner).
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
