Providing and distributing Minutes of Daily Progress Meeting, timely and to all relevant departments and stake holders as indicated and identified by the Project Manager
Complete BSS commercial invoices and BSS Manifests in conjunction with offshore project engineers and heads of department
Providing administrative support to assigned projects and project teams as required
Managing project documentation, in conjunction with offshore teams
Administration of SHOC cards into the Synergi system
Support the wider operations team with administrative support as directed by the Operations Manager
Responsible for managing rota for team of Project Offshore Administrators and managing all identified training requirements
Provide support and mentoring to Project Administrators (Offshore) as required
Provide cover for Project Offshore Administrators and support team during periods of high activity, where required, in areas of:
Day to day supervision and management of team of Project Offshore Administrators.
Ensuring project DPRs are completed and distributed as required
Raising RTPs as requested by offshore VMT and vessel heads of department

Strong IT skills – particularly MS Office packages and Databases.
A minimum of 3-5 years Senior Administration experience in a fast-paced office environment (Subsea/Energy Sector desirable).
Previous offshore Vessel Admin – Dive Support Vessel experience (desirable).
Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Business Management qualification (desirable).
