Strong understanding of pavement design, drainage systems, and utilities coordination.
Familiarity with airfield operations, CAP 168 / ICAO standards, GACA and GCAA standards, and airport safety processes (desirable).
Experience in civil infrastructure design or construction, ideally within an airport environment.
Proficient in design and documentation software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar. Adept at Pavement Design and Analysis tools such as: Flexible Pavement: CIRCLY, HiPAVE, APSDS, Rehabilitation: Rubicon, Elmod, Airport Pavement: FAARFIELD, COMFAA, COMPSYS, PAVER Pavement Management.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Chartered status preferred and Membership of Saudi Council of Engineers / UAE Society of Engineers is essential)
