-Collaborate across regions and business lines to deliver integrated growth and shared success. -Champion quality, safety, innovation and digital delivery across all projects. -Lead talent strategy – recruiting, developing and empowering high-performing teams. -Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders. -Drive sustainable growth through strategic pursuits, bookings and revenue delivery. -Develop and execute the sector-specific strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.

-Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams, bringing together design, project management, technical and commercial expertise. -Strong client and business development mentality, with experience partnering with government agencies, contractors and industry consultants. -Track record in business development and growth, driving strategic pursuits, market positioning and sustainable revenue generation. -Deep commercial acumen, operations leadership and risk management. -Extensive industry experience (10–15+ years) within highways or transport infrastructure, with strong familiarity with regional regulations, Austroads standards and local procurement models.
