Description

• Repair and maintenance of various types of heavy equipment and motor vehicles while adhering to all company safety policies.

Requirements

• Mechanics must supply their own tools.
• Must be able to use good judgement in decision-making and be able to work with or without direct supervision.
• Strong mechanical background knowledge of various engines.
• Must have a valid driver's license to drive mechanic truck.
• Must actively abide by the company's safety policies and procedures.
• Special certificates are required in order to work on air brakes or to be qualified to replace coolant in air conditioning systems.
• Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
• Must be able to carry out detailed instructions, take directions to job sites.
• A Medical Certificate (Med Card) is required for this position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
