They are seeking a Senior Code Consultant to join a high-performing team supporting complex commercial and institutional projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong architectural background and deep familiarity with code-mandated processes.
Code Knowledge (Required)
- Degree in Architecture (preferred)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fire safety design (fire-rated assemblies, egress paths, sprinkler systems, alarms per NFPA/IBC)
- ADA compliance (entrances, restrooms, paths of travel)
- Open to candidates seeking part-time remote work
- NFPA Codes: NFPA 1, NFPA 101, NFPA 13, NFPA 70
- Egress and occupancy studies
- ADA: ADA Standards for Accessible Design
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- ICC Codes: IBC, IPC, IMC, IFC, IECC, IRC
- 5–8 years of professional experience
