- Serve as the central communication hub between clients and internal teams.
- Manage and process client billings efficiently (Accounts Receivable).
- Receive, approve, and resolve subcontractor invoice discrepancies (Accounts Payable).
- Collect and track project compliance documents.
- Process payables with knowledge of sales‑tax and use‑tax requirements.
- Generate monthly project reports and perform data analysis.
- Proactively drive project closeout activities.
- Effectively multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Have prior experience with general contractors or subcontractors in construction.
- Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication to build client relationships.
- Ability to independently identify discrepancies and solve problems.
- Maintain high professionalism, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
- Preferred: construction industry background and experience with Procore, Timberline/Sage, or GC Pay.
