Development Project Manager

Description

• Oversee transition from development to construction.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful completion.
• Work on impactful projects that accelerate the energy transition.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Act as the client representative with EPC contractors and other partners.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects to ensure readiness for construction.
• Lead projects through feasibility, design, and permitting stages.

Requirements

Experience: 1-5 years

• Strong understanding of development processes (planning, permitting, grid connection).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• 1-5 years’ experience in renewable energy project management, ideally solar.
