- Lead the safe and compliant delivery of the Onshore Cables Package 220kV Transmission Link for Orkney, ensuring alignment with CDM 2015 regulations and SSEN’s Safety Management Systems.
- Oversee commercial aspects including contract negotiation, NEC contract management, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SSE’s Large Capital Projects (LCP) governance and best practices.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
- Manage project execution in line with approved plans, delivering to cost, schedule, and quality targets.
