Supervision of Civil, MEP & Track works of the contractor as per the drawings, specification and work schedule specified in the contract.
Checking the day-to-day activity at site and supervising the engineers at site.
Resolving the issues related to drawings and vendor approval.
Interfacing with other contractors (Rolling Stock, Plant & Machinery, Track, Signaling, Telecom etc.) to ensure that the Depot when completed has all the intended functionalities.
Preparation of daily work report for the client.
Review Project schedule and mitigation plans for any delays.
Holding daily, weekly and monthly progress review meetings with Depot and other contractors
Approving of handing over checklist for the various structures.
Prepare integrated schedule for the Depot .
