Customer Service Coordinator

Description

• Manage maintenance contracts and schedule all jobs with customers and subcontractors
• Audit maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with services agreed upon
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling updates, changes, and confirmations
• Respond promptly to service calls, providing updates on earliest availability
• Uphold communication standards that reflect Oklahoma Chiller's commitment to transparency, reliability, and exceptional service
• Schedule subcontractors as needed and ensure compliance with customer contract terms
• Schedule all work orders at least two weeks in advance whenever possible
• Perform daily 3 PM check-ins with field technicians to confirm work progress and readiness for the next day

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination in a customer-focused environment
• Ability to navigate through stressful situations with critical thinking and patience
• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related area preferred
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and complete work activities efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
