The position manages the implementation of design management systems, ensuring they meet business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements while acting as an enabler for change and delivering distinctive value for clients across all design stages and coordination with construction, commercial, programme and procurement.

Coordinate activities to meet annual business‑plan outcomes within deadlines and budgets.
Guide daily activities of the design‑management team across projects.
Ensure briefs and stakeholder requirements are consistently adhered to.
Provide operational support for design‑management resources deployed on site.
Interpret and present KPI data and management review insights to stakeholders.
Support business development and work‑winning initiatives.
Maintain adherence to management systems and governance throughout project lifecycles.
Collate, analyse, and present data and key metrics for management reviews.
Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate team deliverables to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Seek knowledge and experience through the Company’s reach‑back network.
Utilise the Centre of Excellence knowledge base for continuous improvement.
Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition goals and manage associated emissions reductions.
