Assist clients with many aspects of real estate development, feasibility, purchase, appraisal, relocation, finance, costs, tax effects and project execution.
Work directly with clients as needed.
Assist Project Managers and coordinate among team members focused on real estate, relocation and economic issues.

NC Real Estate license
Microsoft Teams knowledge
Local candidates are preferred
GIS knowledge
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Must have experience and procedure using purchase property as an eminent domain purchase
Have the knowledge to draft the following types of real estate documents: deed, easement and lease
A broad-based range of right-of-way experience across diverse markets with an understanding of Uniform and Non-Uniform Act right-of-way procedures
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with public agency acquisitions
Ability to write legal descriptions
Possess knowledge of area clients and business environments related to right-of-way services
Bachelor's degree
ARGUS and ECONPAK software a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Project
