As Director of Plumbing Construction, you will oversee every stage of our plumbing construction projects, from planning and budgeting to procurement, execution, and final delivery. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and support business development efforts through strong client and industry relationships.
Maintain strong communication with clients, senior leadership, and project stakeholders.
Oversee all phases of plumbing construction projects, including planning, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, and installation.
Lead and mentor project managers, site managers, and plumbing teams to ensure performance and efficiency.
Review and monitor WIP (Work in Progress) reports weekly, track KPIs, and act as a strategic partner to the President.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and keep projects within financial guidelines.
10+ years of progressive experience in commercial plumbing construction management.
Proven ability to oversee complex plumbing projects across multiple industries.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
