Entry Level Account Executive

Description

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment of client needs and operational requirements.
• Assist senior Account Executives in managing client accounts, including calls, work orders and escalations.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Providing peace of mind by always being available to the customer.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
• Participate in structured training programs on sales techniques, operations, product knowledge, and client relationship management.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and provider teams.
• Shadow customer interactions to gain hands-on experience in consultative selling.

Requirements

As an Account Executive (AE) for DMG, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying, acquiring, and growing clients within the facility management sector. As an Account Executive, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn our operations, products, sales processes, and client management strategies. The goal is to prepare you to become a full-fledged Account Executive capable of driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships.

• Basic understanding of facility management services and industry best practices is a plus.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of how to navigate customer organizations to gain access to key individuals, management, and purchasing decision makers.
• Learn to manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to provide uninterrupted peace of mind to our customers; day, night, and weekends.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales and operations environment.
• Familiarity in using Salesforce and other CRM type software is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and work as part of a go-to-market team.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills, multi-task oriented, and strong public speaking skills.
• Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
• 0-2 years’ experience in inside sales or operations, preferably in facility management or related industries.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
