Define KPIs and success measures for change adoption.
Build integrated change and communication roadmaps aligned to project milestones.
Partner with global, regional, and local marketing leaders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and a unified approach to change.
Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategies for marketing transformation initiatives (process, technology, org design, capability uplift).
Manage cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Operations, Technology, HR, and Business stakeholders.
Establish governance forums, cadence, and reporting for change initiatives.
Lead execution of change initiatives across the marketing lifecycle—campaign operations, MarTech, analytics, content operations, compliance, governance, etc.
Create high-impact presentations and materials for global leadership.
Develop adoption frameworks, measure effectiveness, and continuously optimize.
Drive enablement plans including training sessions, capability-building workshops, and onboarding for new tools and processes.
Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and provide corrective recommendations.
Track performance, capture feedback loops, and present insights to leadership.
Ensure clarity of “what’s changing, why, and for whom” across all marketing teams.
Assess change impact, readiness, risk, and stakeholder landscapes across global and regional teams.
Ensure consistent adoption of global processes in India-based teams and prevent fragmentation.
Lead communication strategy for change programs—messaging, narratives, leadership updates, playbooks, FAQ documents, and business cases.
Partner with global L&D or product teams to deliver localised rollouts in Gurugram and other hubs.
Create documentation, best practices, and repeatable frameworks for future change rollouts.
