- Handle basic client or agency communication as directed
- Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and permit applications
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and project communication
- Set up and maintain projects in RETTEW’s internal systems
- Support team members in scheduling field work
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and client deliverables
- Review and proofread documents for accuracy and formatting
- Organize and maintain project files, field data, and lab reports

- Exposure to project accounting systems or ERP tools
- Team player who can communicate well and manage priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of related administrative or project support experience
- Experience in environmental or geotechnical consulting
